Activity Instructor and Discipleship Training – by the Sea!

We are looking for our next trainee leaders to join our team of 18-25 year olds. You don’t need to have any qualifications, but you will need a sense of adventure, a ‘can do’ attitude, enjoyment working in a team and a big heart for God.  Over the year, you will become qualified in numerous water and land based activities, have on-site accommodation and food provided, deliver activity sessions to young people and help  communicate the Christian message to our guests in a gentle but exciting way.

John 10:10 is our favourite bible verse, and a Trainee Leaders programme guarantees time at CYE is absolutely a life lived to the full!

The deadline for applications is Friday 9th January 2026. The initial round of trainee interviews will take place on Friday 23rd January 2026 (there may be some flexibility in this if needed, please get in touch). Depending on the number of successful candidates there may be another round of interviews later in the year, but, if you’re keen, apply now to avoid disappointment.
