However you’re able to be involved, volunteering at CYE is about more than filling a role. It’s about joining a community that walks with young people as they grow in confidence and faith. Many volunteers find CYE a place to belong AND find their own faith strengthened along the way.
Trainee activity Leader programme
For 18–25 year olds, our Trainee Programme is a time of growth and stretching that begins with a year-long commitment with opportunities to serve and develop beyond that. You’ll take on real responsibility in leading activities, while being mentored and discipled in community. It's a time of learning, first, to follow Christ and then to lead others well.
