Schools and Outreach Manager
A key position that we are looking to fill for September 2012. Candidates must have a proven track record of working with young people and a genuine passion for sharing the Gospel message in a fun, relevant and engaging way.

Senior Activity Leader
We are looking for someone with experience in water-based activities to join the Senior Activity Team in September 2012. The position includes heading up events, training our Trainee Leaders and gaining valuable NGB qualifications along the way. Cottage accommodation provided off-site.

Trainee Leader
Our Trainee Leadership Programme is a highly demanding but hugely rewarding 1-2 post for those interested in teaching young people outdoor activities and sharing their faith. On site accommodation is provided and various RYA and BCU qualifications are worked towards throughout the programme. This position is very much at the sharp end of delivery to our young people and guests, so good communication skills and enthusiasm are crucial. Starts September 2012.
