How to book
Complete the booking form and send to us with the appropriate deposit (£10 for a single days activity and £30 for all other activities) Cheques should be made payable to CYE Sailing Centre. We will confirm your place and advise when final payment is due. Please note we will not post a final payment invoice - only an acknowledgement/receipt of your final payment. Once the full fee has been paid we will send additional useful information to you together with a travel insurance leaflet.

If you wish to confirm a place by telephone, we are able to accept full payment by credit/debit card over the phone. (An admin fee is required for card payments). Balances are due eight weeks prior to the event. Payment can be made by cheque or credit/debit card.

Personal Insurance
In the event of you cancelling your booking, we will invoke the cancellation charges listed on the reverse of the booking form. We therefore recommend you have cancellation and/or adequate travel insurance to cover such an eventuality. A leaflet about a possible solution will be sent upon receipt of full payment.

Terms & conditions
Our full terms and conditions (including cancellation charges) are printed on the reverse of the booking form. These can also be found on our website and the information sheet which you will receive when we acknowledge your final payment.

The CYE Bursary fund
We make every effort to provide high quality activities at a very reasonable cost, partly by raising support through donations. However we recognise that, for some, the fees can still be prohibitive. To help in this situation and to encourage training of young people, CYESC operates an independent bursary fund to which individuals can apply for grants towards centre activities. Please contact us, or look on the CYESC website, for further details. Alternatively if you would like to support a young person wishing to visit CYESC we welcome donations to the bursary fund, please contact the CYESCoffice for details, thank you.
