| A chance to try many of the exciting activities on offer at the Centre. A choice of events is available through the year for children, young people & families. They range from single days to weekends and complete weeks. During an event there is often an opportunity to select your favourite activity whilst at other times you can enjoy activities, trips and competitions as part of a group. These groups will help you meet share with others, feel cared for, and get to know new friends really well. |

Residential events for children and young people include a central theme running throughout the week, around which the groups and competitions revolve. Central to each event is the chance to discover for yourself the relevance of the Bible in a challenging and exciting way.
Whichever you opt for, you can be sure that a total adventure event at the CYE really is an experience not to be missed! |
Special Adventure Events
Exam Revision Week - Surf Events – leadership training
These events offer the chance to experience some of the activities and atmosphere of CYE with a specific emphasis.
Sail & Study
A chance to prepare for forth-coming exams with supervised revision sessions and opportunities for subject guidance, combined with breaks for activity and relaxation. The timetable includes at least 4 hours of study each day with additional study skills sessions.

Surfing
Staying in a cottage near Woolacoombe in North Devon, we offer a weekend of surfing on some of Devon’s very best surf beaches. The weekend is led by CYESC staff holding both surf instructor and beach lifeguard awards. All equipment, accommodation, food and instruction are included in the price; however travel to North Devon is not included.

Leadership training.
Equip - A training course for all those wishing to develop the skills to lead at CYESC, churches, camps and other Christian events. Concentrating on discipleship, leadership, team working, understanding legislation and policies and personal development. Please contact the centre for a special booking form.

Surfing events
We are able to run surf weekends in North Devon for up to 12 members of your small group. Accommodation, instruction and equipment are all provided. If this is something your group might enjoy call us to discover more.
